Job description

FM Logistic Ukraine being a key logistics provider (complex logistics solutions: transportation, warehousing, customs brokerage services, co-packing) and part of international group of companies announces about a new position of Human Resources Director in Ukraine.
This role is part of Country Management Board.
• Develops human resources and organization strategies in line with business needs.
• Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
• Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions.
• Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
• Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing company values.
• Complies with legal requirements by existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.


Skills and qualifications requested:
• In-depth experience working at HR Director level
• Outstanding human resources experience, including knowledge of leading people change programs, acquisitions, mergers and integration.
• Broad experience in the fields of business partnering, recruitment, operations and learning and development.
• Proven track record of delivering stretching targets with drive and resilience.
• Consultative, influencing and proactive approach – works in partnership with the business.
• Ability to create an extensive and relevant external reward network that supports the needs of the business, including awareness and insight into emerging trends.
• Outstanding motivational leader – able to take the team with them, encourage followership and build capability.
• Advanced English.
